Privacy policy

Our business is watching your calendars, not collecting your data. Here, without jargon, is what we record and why.

What we record

  • Your account: email address and password (encrypted, unreadable even by us).
  • Your properties and the links of your calendars: they are the heart of the service.
  • The content of your calendars: the booking dates, in order to bring them together and to detect problems. Guest names that may appear in them are never passed on in the calendars we publish.
  • A technical log: the dates and results of our checks, in order to tell you when each calendar answered or read its updates.

If you send a booking request

Some properties have a public availability page. You may propose dates to the owner there without creating an account: we do not ask you for one, and we place no cookie for this.

  • What you give us: your name, your email address, your telephone number, the dates you would like, the number of guests and your message, if any.
  • Why: to pass your request on to the owner of the property, who alone decides whether to accept or to decline it, and to keep you informed of what follows. The owner receives this information: that is the very purpose of the request.
  • A technical fingerprint of your connection: your IP address is never recorded as such. We keep an encrypted fingerprint of it, unreadable and irreversible, for the sole purpose of stopping automated submissions and abuse.
  • Service emails only: the link that confirms your request, the acknowledgement of receipt, the owner's reply, the expiry notice. No advertising, no newsletter.
  • For how long: for as long as the request is in progress, then 90 days at most. After that time, your name, your email address, your telephone number and your message are erased. All that remains are the dates and the decision, with nothing that identifies you, for our statistics.

You follow your request, and you may cancel it, from the personal link received by email. It shows your own request only and stops working along with it. To have everything erased sooner, write to us: .

What we never do

  • Sell, rent out or share your data with anybody at all.
  • Use your information for advertising.
  • Keep your data after your account is closed: everything is erased, including the calendar links we had given you.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may consult, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account is available in your own space; for any other request: . You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you consider that your rights are not being respected.

Cookies and audience measurement

The session cookie needed for you to sign in, and the local storage of your theme preference (light/dark). No advertising cookie.

With your consent (and only with it), we measure the traffic of the site with Google Analytics: it helps us to know which pages are useful. If you have declined, nothing is loaded and we do not ask again. You may change your mind at any time:
