Every property can have its own availability page, to be shared wherever you like. Your visitors see the nights still free, never your bookings and never your platforms. The page stays switched off until you switch it on.

A request, not a booking
The visitor proposes dates to you, with a telephone number and a confirmed email address. You receive the request by email, then you accept it or you decline it. The price, the contract and the payment are settled directly between the two of you.
The last word is yours
By default, the dates asked for are held with us only: your platforms do not move until the moment you accept. You give yourself 24, 48 or 72 hours to answer. With no answer, the request is cancelled and the dates are released.

The questions we are asked.
Which calendars can I connect?
Every calendar that has a calendar link (the standard format is called iCal, and almost everyone uses it): Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel, Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple, independent booking websites, property management software... If your tool can export a calendar link, it works with 1calendrier.
Does it replace a channel manager?
No, and that is not the point. A channel manager handles your prices, your listings and your messages for €25 to €40 a month. 1calendrier does one thing, very well: keeping your availability consistent across platforms, and alerting you when something breaks.
Is synchronisation instant?
We read your calendars again every 30 minutes. Each platform, however, reads ours at its own pace, sometimes every few hours: that is a limit of Airbnb, Booking and Abritel, not of 1calendrier (the real delays, platform by platform). That is precisely why watching and alerting matter more than speed.
What happens if one of my platforms goes down?
You receive an email alert, and your central calendar carries on working with the last known good version from that platform. Your other platforms never see an empty or wiped calendar.
Can my guests book directly?
They can ask you for dates, which is not the same thing. Every property can have its own availability page: the visitor picks free nights there and sends you a request, with a telephone number and a confirmed email address. You receive all of it by email, then you accept it or you decline it. The price, the contract and the payment are settled directly between the two of you: 1calendrier never touches the money. That page stays switched off until you switch it on, and you may switch it on or off at any time.
Are my data, and my guests’ data, protected?
Your calendar links cannot be guessed, and they can be created afresh at any time. You can hide guest names and contact details in any calendar handed to a third party. The data are hosted in the European Union.
